Pet jewelry should be treated in exactly the same manner that you would your own. Exercise caution and monitor your pet and small children when wearing our pieces as the beads could possibly pose a choking hazard. These are not toys but accoutrements for your beloved companion. If cleaning is needed wash gently in hot soapy water and rub dry with a soft cloth.
NOTE: This necklace is not a replacement for a collar. Attaching a leash or using it to hold your pet will result in damage to the pet necklace. You will need to use a standard pet collar for walking your dog. Pieces are made using durable elastic to ensure easy break away if necessary.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We (me and Lily) do not offer refunds or exchanges currently however if there is an issue I am confident we can work together to resolve it.
Personalized, custom made or special order/oversized products are NOT eligible for return or refund.
You are able to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
All Domestic orders over $50 are offered free shipping at checkout via USPS.
Expedited Shipping can be purchased for an additional charge and is calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (custom and special order products processing time is extended to 2 weeks depending on the item).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order you will be notified.
We are not responsible for any damage sustained by the carrier. Items damaged by the carrier are not valid for return or refund.
We are not responsible for any missed deliveries or missing shipments. Once we ship your piece, it's the carriers responsibility to ensure proper delivery however feel free to let us know if there is an issue we can attempt to resolve.
Refund policy applies to items under $10. If there are any issues with your order within the 30-day window please email us at email@example.com.
