Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping via USPS at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee, calculated during checkout.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, but custom and special orders may take up to 2 weeks depending on the item. Shipments are not made on holidays. High order volumes may cause delays, so please allow extra time for delivery. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you.
We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier, and such items are not eligible for return or refund. We also can’t be held accountable for missed deliveries or lost shipments. Once your order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. However, if an issue arises, let us know, and we’ll try to help.
