🌿 Remote Notary Services

As part of our commitment to empowering small business owners and individuals seeking flexible, independent opportunities, remote notary services are available through our founder, Jymecia Benson, a North Carolina Commissioned Remote Electronic Notary (REN).

These services are fee-based and offered separately from the nonprofit’s programs.
All notarizations are performed in accordance with North Carolina law and are not considered charitable activities or donations.

⚖️ Services Offered

• Remote Acknowledgments – Confirming you willingly signed a document.

• Remote Jurats (Oath or Affirmation) – Swearing or affirming that your document’s contents are true.

• Remote Oath or Affirmation Only – A verbal oath with no document, often used for testimony, sworn statements, or official swearing-in.

💰 Fees

• $25.00 per person per notarial act (per North Carolina REN guidelines).

• Fees cover identity verification, secure recording, and notarial certification.

• Payments for notary services are not tax-deductible and are processed separately from The Lily Collection Initiative’s charitable funds.
