Planning a trip takes time, research, and expertise. To provide thoughtful recommendations and personalized guidance, I charge a one-time planning and research fee for initial bookings only.
This allows me to focus on creating a travel plan that truly fits your needs — without rushing or guessing.
What the Initial Planning Fee Covers
The planning fee includes:
• Destination and itinerary research
• Cruise, resort, or vacation package comparisons
• Guidance on travel dates, pricing trends, and options
• Pet-friendly travel considerations (when applicable)
• Pre-booking support and recommendations
No Fee for Future Bookings
Once your initial trip has been booked, all subsequent bookings are fee-free!
If you return for another trip using the same advisor relationship, no additional planning fee is required. Major changes or entirely new trip planning may be discussed separately.

The planning fee is for travel planning and research services only.
All travel bookings, deposits, and supplier payments are completed securely through InteleTravel or the travel supplier directly. I do not collect or hold funds for travel bookings.
Payment Timing
• The planning fee is due prior to beginning research
• Planning fees are non-refundable
• Planning fees are not applied toward travel bookings
