Working through the anxiety of the gym, where all the "fit and healthy" people are who have it all worked out and know the history and mechanics behind each piece of equipment...I'm there, you're there, so what does that mean??? You guessed it, we're part of the fit and healthy crew!!! We all have to start somewhere. I don't know anyone born with a health and fitness routine. Create one that works for you and EASE into it. Don't let anyone force you into a panic attack, take your time and breathe...then get the shit done.
